Kindly note that the check in time is 1:00 pm onwards and the check out time is until 11:00 am (In case of request for early check in or extended / late check out, firstly it shall depend on the availability of the room or else we shall be happy to store your luggage and you may check in early or check out until 4:00 pm and feel free to wait at any of the common areas at the property).

Confirmed booking against 50% advance payments. The balance amount is payable at the time of your check In.

Kindly carry your confirmation voucher to avoid any confusion regarding the package costs or package inclusions.

Requests to reduce the number of nights or the package costs for the same shall be not be entertained after your arrival at the resort.

If a booking is cancelled anytime before 7 days of arrival, it is subject to 33% cancellation charges of the total package cost. Less than 7 days of prior notice is subject to no refund.

All meals that are included in your package are on a preset menu and shall be served to you at the restaurant on buffet basis.

We do not allow any Eatables / Soft Beverages / Mineral Water / Soda etc. from outside.
